Payment field: Totals not displaying in the Internet explorer when sub products are used

    Hi, my form seems to work fine when using the CHROME or MS EDGE browser. However, when using the MS EXPLORER browser, the various product fields are not collapsed until the check box is selected and, most importantly, the SUBTOTALS and TOTALS are not populating. Since we have no way of knowing what browers our end-users may use, this creates a huge problem. Can you please help?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We notice that there is an issue with displaying totals on the Internet Explorer browser when sub products are configured in the payment field. Let me forward the thread to our backend team for further investigation. If there is any news in this regard, we'll let you know here. 

    Meanwhile, you may place a notice on the form using a text field so that the users can open the form using other browsers.
