    Hi !

I'm building a form where people can answer some questions and upload a PDF file at the end, thanks to the quick element that is proposed.

I would like to display the uploaded file (PDF) inside the PDF created when there is a submission. The result will gave one PDF with first, the answers, and the PDF uploaded at the end.

I've seen that when the file uploaded is an image (jpg, png, etc...), I'm able to display it, but it doesn't work with PDF files. Maybe it's just a setting that I might have missed.

If you see another solution (another tool), i can also take it !

    Thanks a lot !

Unfortunately, displaying uploaded PDF files inside the PDF document is not possible. Only uploaded images can be displayed in the PDF documents.

Let us know if you have more questions.

No problem, thanks a lot for your time,

Can we rename the uploaded file(s) ?

For exemple the user upload his PDF file : file_001.pdf
Then when he submit, the uploaded file will be rename {The user's name or the answer of a form's field}-file_001.pdf.

Note sure if what I wrote is understandable !! :)

If you're referring to the filename of the uploaded file shown on your SUBMISSIONS PAGE, then I'm afraid you can't change that.

However, if you will download the file uploaded through your form, you can rename it as you please. You can, however, do that when you integrate your form to Dropbox or Goole Drive and renaming the uploaded files there after you received them.
