I sent an email from Jot Form and did not receive

    I used the email reply feature to send myself one of the form submissions.  I received a pop up that the email was sent successfully, but never received the message.  

    I waited about 5 minutes and checked my junk folder as well. Is there anything that I can do to retrieve this work? 

    If it is a problem with the email filter at my institution can you please let me know where the message was sent from in an attempt to get this removed form the filter please.

    I tested this issue in your form and sent one submission to my email, it worked fine:

    Could you please try using a different email address as recipient and see if the issue persists?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I was able to use the forward option and it seemed to work fine, so this is a fine workaround for me. Thanks for the help!
