Dropdown Menu on our forms are not showing.

    For some reason, our forms dropdown options are not appearing on our website. This is only occurring on an extended monitor (which is 24"). On initial load of the page here, the dropdown menu options show as blank. If the window is then resized in any way (inspect, minimize/maximize, etc) then the options will appear when on the dropdown menu. Again this is only on the extended monitor. On my Surface Pro (Gen 5), it shows just fine. Not sure where the issue is. I'm using Windows 10 Business on Google Chrome. Please Assist!

    Hi @Shanycosmetics!

    I'm on a 21.5" monitor, using the latest version of Chrome and the dropdown menu loads as expected on my end. Thank you for providing the video and I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please add the following CSS code to your form to see if this will resolve the issue:

    #input_9 {

      width: 220px !important;

      background-color: white !important;

    }

    Also, could you please let us know if you are experiencing this issue with any other dropdown menu on the form? We will be waiting for your response.

    Hello Dennis,


    That snippet of code did not work. I've tried to do that in our stylesheet as well. Doesn't seem to be working. Not sure what the issue is.


    I dug a little deeper into the code and I found one of old developers decided to use iFrame to embed it into our pages. I've updated it to use the simple script and things seem to be working for now. Double checking all our forms now.

    Hi Shany,

    I believe iframe will work with Shopify, but if the embed method had fixed your problem, I'd suggest keeping it that way. If the issue persists, please inform us here so we can investigate further.
