The custom URL is not accessible

    I created a scholarship form, and when I published it and tried to visit the site from the link given, it says 404 and Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    It seems you have updated the username from chloegriffith to eegfoundation.

    So you have to customize your custom URL too.

    Please note that if you had custom URLs, they will no longer work now that the username has been changed. So you will have to create them again.
