I had my form and now its gone!!!!

I had my form saved and have been using it, and I went to modify one and saved ads a pdf and when I went cakewalked it it was gone. How do I restore it?

You can always retrieve forms once you accidentally deleted it. On the left side of your Jotform dashboard, look for the "Trash" section. All deleted forms are automatically saved in it. Please be advised however that when you purged forms on this section, it will be deleted permanently.
