Hi Rick!
If you reach your payments limit your forms will be replaced by a message that reads: Form Over Quota! and the next respondent will not be able to view or submit your form. You will not be charged for the higher subscription plan. All of the monthly account limits reset on the first of the month. Please refer to this guide for more detailed information on account limits: Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits.
By the way, submissions of forms that contain the Purchase Order tool will not count as payment submissions but as regular submissions instead.
