How to view uploaded files without loging to account?

We created a special form to request a report that requires the user to upload documents.

Accessing these documents (multiple people need access) has become an issue. I can't figure out how to make this happen! We've integrated with Dropbox, tried Zaps, etc.

When you receive notice of the form contents, the file that was uploaded is hyperlinked in the form. Clicking on that link will result in a 404 message unless you're logged into Jotform. All help articles only deal with options for adding upload fields, etc.

Surely there's a way that we can forward the email summary notice containing the "linked file" and the recipients can click on the link without being logged into our account?!?

You would need to edit your Privacy settings to allow your form users to view your uploaded files.

Go to your account>Settings>Privacy and disable "require log-in to view uploaded files.
