I made several changes to my Services form on Jotform, and usually once I save it just updates the form on the website automatically, but this time it didn't and I can't figure it out.
I have re-copied the embed code into my page again, but no go-- still not relfecting my saved changes from Jotform.
The page is http://www.globalwisdomproject.com/services
Thanks for your help!

Please check it now and let us know if it has updated and if it hasn't, could you specify some of the changes that aren't being reflected?

I checked it again, and still not updating my changes.
Please see my saved changes in Jotform for the 'Services' form, versus the page url I gave (I can't upload an image in this box).

Okay, please try changing the URL of the code that's embedded in your page from
and let us know if it helps.
The former version is distributed via a content delivery network (CDN) and lately, we've been experiencing some caching issues. I'll have another look at the version of the form that's in the form builder and compare it to that displayed on the site but the thing is, they may look identical at my location.
The following videos explain how CDNs work:

Hi there...thank you for your quick responses! I tried the www. string but it didn't update.
The 'Services' form on Jotform starts with 'Our Services', the form that's displaying on my site says 'Our Products', which is the old language.
Not sure what happened because everything was working fine as of yesterday.
Please let me know if there's anything else you can do!

I have cleared your forms cache from our end and check back your form and they seems like updating now, please kindly check.

FANTASTIC! THANK YOU!! That worked...so it was the cache?
And thank you for the awesome customer support, love your forms, and was hoping I could keep using your product.
- gwpblogAnswered on February 25, 2013 at 03:07 PMHi,
Actually one more issue. I noticed a misspelled word, and when I
corrected it and saved it, it did not update on my site (for the
Services form). Can you clear the cache on your side again? And
everything time I make changes is the cache issue on your side going
to be an issue?

Fix that. Changes shouldn't be an issue but it happen sometimes but our developers are aware of it and looking into that issue. I have this thread forwarded to them as well so you will know if they come up with updates for us.
You can also resolved that by changing the form URL to start with http://www from http://form as stated by Abajan on his response above, this method will work in many cases but if not, please let us know so we can manually do it on our end.
Thanks and apologize for the issue.
