Will users have to create an account when filling out a form?

I have been researching form-building websites. I had a few questions.

    1. Will users be required to log into a Jotform account before filling out the form?

    2. Will the form appear as part of my website or will it appear as a part of Jotform's website?

    3. Will users be reminded to complete the form if they pause in the middle?

    Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in our service.

    1. Will users be required to log into a Jotform account before filling out the form?

No, the form submitters do not need the JotForm accounts.

    2. Will the form appear as part of my website or will it appear as a part of Jotform's website?

You can use the form by its direct link and also embed your form in a website. So if you embed the form, it will be displayed as a part of your website.

    3. Will users be reminded to complete the form if they pause in the middle?

We do not currently have such a reminder feature. However, the save and continue later option is available.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Is there any way for me to see incomplete forms so that I can send reminders out manually to complete forms?

The submissions will appear on the submissions grid when the user partially completes the Form. You can find the opened sessions by clicking on the incomplete submissions button of your form's submissions page:

In order to view the data you will need to copy the session value and replace it on your main form URL, example:

    https://www.jotform.com/FormId?session=SessionValue

From there you can email the users who are yet to complete the Form.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
