form is still showing over the limit error

    I have deleted files and have cleared cache on my Jotform form.


    I can't get it to come back live, working.


    It still is showing an Over Quota..... although adequate space now exists.

    I have checked your account and you're not over your form limits for the month.

    I have cleared your form cache and it seems you forms are working correctly at my end.

    Can you please try viewing your form in another web browser?

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
