No PayPal Button

I created a form in the free builder. The PayPal tab will not show up when I upload the form to my website.

I checked the form you created and found out that you haven't yet configured the PayPal checkout below. It must be set up first to complete the integration.

You may refer to this complete guide on how to How to Integrate Form to PayPal Checkout. Please note that you need to have a premier or business PayPal account to use this integration.

Also, if it's okay with you, I have some recommendations in mind to optimize your form's function. But before that, I would like to clarify these things:

1. I noticed the checkboxes for the membership fee. Is the user allowed to select multiple options?

2. If the user enters an amount on the donation field, we'll add the amount to the membership fee then pass the sum to PayPal, right?

3. I would like to know the requirement that you want to achieve with this form, so I could suggest what payment type to use (Collect Donation or User Defined Amount).
