The notification email is not sent when I change the recipient in the form

    I am wanting to change the recipient email on the notification email under settings however when I do the notification email does not come through. C

    Hello fpisforms,

    Anything on your spam/junk folder? Kindly check.

    You are sending the form email from a custom sender email address. Please try switching the sender email to noreply@jotform.com and test the form again. If that works, you will have to configure an SMTP instead of the verification method.

    The SMTP credentials need to be correct, so if you are not sure about it, please ask your hosting provider for the details.
