I can't fill in your forms from my computer

    HELP


    My landlord has a portal for maintenance issues, but when I pull up the form, I can't see their calendar for date of report, or type in the boxes to fill out the report. 


    I use Chrome if that helps. I tried this on Firefox too, but my Windows 7 laptop won't allow me to use it there, or on my Android (latest version). I have AdBlock installed and cleared it for OK use on your page.

    Thanks if you can tell me what to do.

    I tested the form you linked and I was able to fill in the fields. The only issue that I'm seeing is the color of the texts being entered in the fields appears to be almost invisible to the field's white background.

    The pop-up calendar is also visible.

    You can try any of the following to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing.

    1. Clear the cache of the browser you are using — https://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

    2. Try using a different device.

    3. Try connecting your device to a different network connection.

    4. Temporarily disable your device Firewall or Anti-virus application if there is any.

    5. Try using a different browser and/or the Incognito or Private Mode of your browser.
