My agency, Green Onion Creative, is helping The Retirement Advantage create a new background image for https://form.jotform.com/JotForm_tra/automation_request_form. The image is an updated version of the robot currently used on the page.
Can you tell me the pixel dimensions JotForm needs/requires, and we can provide The Retirement Advantage with an appropriately sized .jpg file for upload.

There is not an specific size the image should have; however, there are some suggestions that you may follow to have a size that will display the image properly on the different devices.
Here's a guide that will help you deciding which size your image should have: https://www.shutterstock.com/support/article/proper-background-image-size-for-web
Also, if your purpose is to have the image fixed and not repeat it on the background, you may inject the following code:
html.supernova {
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
background-attachment: fixed;
}
This guide will help you injecting the code to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
I hope this helps.
