Emails not being received

    We have a form which was sending out emails to a number of recipients that has quit working over a week ago. It iscritical that I find out why this is not working. I have contacted the recipient's IT department and they say nothing is blocked on their side. I have myself as a recipent as well and I am still receiving all the emails. 

    Please help
