    Images still not displaying

    Hello,

    Appologies for submitting another ticket about the same issue. I'm desperatly trying to get uploaded images to display in the email notification and auto-response email. I'm using the {IMG:uploadField} tag from the right and side menu without altering it in any way. I've also tried increasing the row height to 200px and adding {IMG:uploadField::175}. No matter what, I still get a broken image. This is occuring across multiple browers and email apps, of which I have checked the preferences to make sure ALL images are set to display. I can't figure it out.

    Has anyone gotten around this?

    Are you using Safari while accessing your email? Can you try using a different browser like chrome or firefox and see if the issue still persists?

    Yes, I've tried Chrome and Firefox. The image always comes in broken. I've tried changing the image heigh and row-height in the auto-response table just to make sure the img wasn't collapsed - but nothing I've tried is working.

    The images I'm refering to are to be uploaded by customers filling out the form.

    Hi Andy,

    I have tested a cloned version of your form here and the image displays directly on my gmail.

    Is this already resolved? Can you please make a test again and see if the problem still persist? We'll wait your reply. Thanks!
