Is it possible to have our 'Experience Survey' not be sent until they actually hit the 'Submit' button?

    I've had a patient comment after receiving the 'Survey' form stating that they accidentally hit 'Enter' (or 'Tab'...not sure which) and it submitted their info.  Can we switch that somehow in the set up?

    Good day to you!

    Unfortunately, there is no way you can modify that. I think this is a browser behavior, in Google Chrome. I would suggest you to make all fields as "required" so if they will accidentally hit enter key, they will be prompted with error that they need to finish the survey first.
