I am using my form as a mobile solution to completing site surveys of buildings. The device the jotform will be compelted on is a android tablet with 3G capabilties. I tested this process last week and everything seemed to work okay except when I tried to include photos to be uploaded it would sometimes bog the form down and refresh back to the starting page. The problem being it didnt give an error message or anything, so I am worried the people using this form wont know the form was never submitted due to the photos slowing it down.

I am looking for any suggestions as how to either fix or get around this issue. Could it have been the pictures were too large a file to upload so it took too long? If so is there a way to set the form to upload photos at a smaller size and lower resolution?

    Thank you for any recommendations.

To fix or resolve the upload issue in a mobile platform, I would suggest using the Filepicker.io located under Power Tools as mobile browser tend to disable regular upload buttons.

To learn more about filepicker.io, please refer to the link below.
