Input Table: Issue updating Column Headers with Multi-Type Columns input type

On my survey form, once I download it as a PDF, the table under the question "are there any other household pets" the title of each column reverts back the original "Not satisfied, satisfied,....etc." Rather than the titles I inputted. The form when filled out is correct and the viewing of the submission is correct when just viewed but incorrect in the inbox.

    Any way to fix this?

    Thank you.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I was able to reproduce the issue that you described even on a newly created form. I was able to find the cause of the issue you are having. It appears that when the input type of the Input Table field is set as "Multi-Type Columns", column headers are not automatically updated in the field's properties if the update was made on the field itself on the builder page. Same happens if the column headers are updated in the Input Table field's properties, the column headers on the field itself are not updated.

The issue doesn't appear to be happening with the row headers of the Input Table.

I will be forwarding this concern to our developers so they can have a closer look.

In the meantime, I suggest that you update the column headers both on the form itself in the builder page and on the Input Table field's properties.
