Is it possible to upload data from a CSV or EXCEL file to autofill or pipe into forms?

Is it possible to upload data from a CSV or EXCEL file to autofill or pipe into forms, and then allow users to edit information? For example, if I have the contact information for a food pantry, I would like to present to the organization what we currently have for them, and allow them to make changes if applicable.

Yes, this is possible with Jotform. We have the Spreadsheet to Form widget that would help you accomplish this in the form.
