DropBox not working consistently...

    We are evaluating Jot Form for a large scale deployment, but so far it's been inconsistently sending us the documents into DropBox.

    Some come in perfect with a pdf of the form + the attachments, but others come in with just attachments and no form or the form and only some of the attachments.

    Before we go full-scale, we need to know these issues will be fixed.  The email notification comes through with the form and a link to all attachments, but it's a pain to go that route vs. the auto-save in Drop Box.

    Hello Matt, I see you've provided your phone number but currently we do not provide phone support though this could change in the future however at the moment there are no known plans to do so just yet. Either way though, I would like to reassure you that we will do our best to help get your problem solved here.

    Something I would like to recommend to start is that you please try removing the Dropbox Integration then adding it again to Rebuild the Integration and see if this helps.
