What counts as a form view?

Hi, I created a new form late last night and by this morning I was out of form views. The form is for only a few specific customers that definitely hadn't had a chance to view it because I hadn't sent it to them yet.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I checked your account and I noted that it was indeed in Overlimit Status due to exceeded Form Views limit.

It seems there was a glitch on your account wherein the monthly view limits did not auto reset at the start of the month. I have fixed it now and manually reset the form views limit counter.
