Yes, you can do this. However, you are on the free plan, so the below list are your options:
1. Upgrade your account to our paid plan to add multiple recipients in the form or create two or more notification email templates.

Guide to create notification email: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
2. Change the recipient in the form from your email address to the 3rd party address.

The free plan can only have one notification email and one recipient in the template, so if you do not want to upgrade, this is the best option for you.
