Automatically generate additional E-Signature widget fields in the form

Hi all

I'm using jotform to record attendance at a daily briefing. I need each person who attends to type their name and sign electronically (using a pen).

At the moment, I have 20 repeated sections of name/e-signature which are setup to only display the next section once the previous section has data entered. That seems a bit clumsy and will be a problem when more than 20 people sign-on.

Is there a way of making something like the expandable matrix widget incorporate an e-signature field?

To clarify, do you want to have a dynamic signature widget in which you can add more E-signature by pressing an icon or button?

The E-signature widget current don't have this feature. However, we can forward a feature request to our developers.

Can you please explain further how you want this feature to work with the E-signature widget?

I have a form that is used by a team of workers to review the job they are doing, record any safety issues and agree how hazards will be controlled.

At the end of the process, each worker needs to record their name and signature to say that they've been briefed on what's in the form.

At the moment I do that by using a name field and the e-signature widget repeated 12 times. To make it slightly 'smarter', I use conditional statements to hide the name/signature for each repeat so that they only appear once the previous name has data in it (i.e put a name in box 1, box 2 & e-signature 2 appear, put a name in box 2, box 3 and e-signature 3 appear.

This is a workaround that works except that one day, irrespective of how many times I copy the name/esignature pair, n+1 people will need to sign it.

Ideally, in the same way that the Matrix Dynamique widget allows me to add info again and again until I run out, a name/signature widget would do the same - allow me to add as many name/signatures to a form as needed without having a fixed number that may be exceeded some day.
