The number of forms per month or per year?

The number of forms you can make with each plan, are those per month or for the year.  For example, the Bronze plan says 25 forms, is that for each month or for the year.  I need to really know because that will definitely dictate which plan or whether I buy any plan for our company.

The available forms on the plan is fixed per account. It does not refresh, if you want to have unlimited forms you would need to go for the Gold Plan however, if you just need more than 50 then the Silver plan would be your ideal plan.
