Please change my account username.

    I did check your account and found that you have paid through your PayPal account. Unfortunately we cannot apply your PayPal payment to your changed username. Your bronze monthly subscription needs to be cancelled and then we can change your account username. The following guide should help you how to cancel your PayPal subscription: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription 

    Do get back to us once you cancel your PayPal subscription, we will also send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last subscription payment.

    Unfortunately username "spsa" is not available anymore. Please let us know any other username and it is still available, we will change your username but before that you need to cancel your PayPal subscription as well.

    I just canceled the subscription with PayPal. So please refund me back and I will buy it again. Also try SPSA2019 as the new name

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for your subscription payment of bronze plan. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account. Please ensure that you have cancelled subscription form your PayPal account. I do not see any PayPal cancellation for your account.

    I have also changed your account username to "SPSA2019". Please sign out from your account and then sign in again with your new username.
