Unable to submit the Form getting a "submission Error Message"

    Someone from Addison CSD named Tanya Loomis stated that she tried to submit the jotform and an error message came up and she was not able to submit it. Please advise.

    We are very sorry to hear about this.

    When I tested the standalone Form, I was not able to replicate it. The Form submitted successfully.

    Have you embedded the Form on any website? If yes, please share the website URL.

    Is this issue caused by all the users or it is specific to this one. Are you able to replicate it on your end?

    Since the above date, we've received many successful submissions and no other calls reporting a submission error or any difficulty submitting the form. I asked the above individual to try to submit the form again and let me know if she has any difficulty. I'm awaiting her response.

    Also, confirm the user about the browser that she was using. It may be a cache issue too on her end if it is specific to this user. Please ask her to clear her browser cache.

    2. Re-open the browser.

    3. Try to login again.

    4. Also, try in an incognito window of the browser.

    If she is using the Safari browser, please ask her to try in the Google Chrome browser as well.
