I need to build out two different variations under the same form based on user response.

Hi,

I'm trying to build a callback request form but I need to build out two different variations under the same form.

The split needs to come after: 'Are you a current customer'. If YES, then a different set of questions needs to follow to those that answer NO. How is this possible?

It is possible with Show/Hide Field condition.

I have checked your form and it seems you're using the Card form.

You may still follow my colleagues suggestion but without the section collapse.

You would need to hide every card question that answers no or yes and use the show condition.
