    Form over quota Error

Asked by rhemanigeria on February 25, 2013 at 02:17 PM

    Hiya,

You guys are doing a fabulous job and I have been enjoying using your free online form services.

However, my form here is showing an error - Form Over Quota - This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

Please help fix this error as I have not received up to 10 form entries, talk less of the 100 per month allowance.

    Thanks!

    Tai

Hello Tai, thanks for posting your concerns here. You are on a Free account with 14 unsecured submissions and 12 secured submissions. Free accounts has the privilege to send 100 unsecured submissions and 10 secured submissions. If you go beyond to these limits you will receive the same error message. If you notice that is already 12/10 secured submissions. You currently overlimit your account.

Only by deleting current submissions will lower these numbers or wait for it to refresh next month. You can delete submissions by selecting your form and clicking "Submissions" button on the navigation to access the Submissions page of the form. You can start deleting individual submissions from there. I hope this information helps you. Thanks
