Unable to Print from the PDF Designer

    I tested the Print from the PDF Designer and it is working properly on my end. Here's the screen animation of my test:

    Is it okay if you test the Print button again using a different internet browser?

    If the issue still persists, please share the form link and so we can investigate it further.

    The issue persists.  And it's not just that it won't print, when you tell it to print, it prints the WRONG record.  Not the record I am looking at.

    AND it chooses the wrong template!  It doesn't print the default template in addition to printing the wrong record.

    Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the wrong record that is printed and what should be the correct one? And kindly let us know which template is correct. You have three templates in your last form ID which is http://www.jotform.us/form/91346961257161.

    I believe our developers have fixed the problem already. We can investigate further, and create a ticket if needed.
