How do I block the employee from seeing what the reviewers answered

Second, how do I block the employee from seeing what the reviewers answered. We do not want them to get an email showing what the reviewers marked and commented on them until we are ready to sit down with them one on one. 

If you do not want to send an autoresponder email to your employee, please remove it in the Email Settings section. Here's a screen animation guide on how to delete it:
