We have reached our Upload Limit for our subscription

    We received a message stating we are near our limit for our subscription (saying we have a free account). However, we upgraded to the Bronze a while ago and have been charged for it every month, therefore we should not have a limit.

    Upon checking your account, I noticed that your account is a free user. Please keep in mind that you can only receive up to 100 MB only. Upon checking your account usage, you already have 101.14 MB. To check your account usage, please open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    You can clear the File Upload Storage by deleting the submission with the attachment files. Here's a guide on how to delete submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

    Warning: Deleted submissions are not recoverable.
