My form keeps disappearing on my website

    My Jot form was embedded onto my website but it keeps disappear when I scroll down 

    Also, my form says something I don't like when premiering on my page "If you have a real estate listing on a web site, use this form to get people to submit details about a property. How can this be removed?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Please try re-embedding the form using our iframe method (https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code). If it's a script issue, the iframe embed should fix that. 

    If the issue persists, please provide us the page URL so that we can take a look further.
