payment question regarding Stripe ACH

Hello, I have the free account and I am trying to do a customer payment form.  Is the ACH only available if I upgrade to one of the paid plans?  

And how will i connect it to my bank account to receive the paid funds from the customers? 

You may use the Stripe ACH Integration even if you're under the Free plan.
