Country Code widget: How to create a condition that checks 'country'?

Hello....

My form is using the widget named Country Code which allows a user to select a country from a list and then it formats the phone number field correctly.  See screenshot.

I need to create a condition using the value in the country pull down menu and not the actual phone number.    

When using Conditions the input is reading the phone number field of Country Code and not the country field.

How can I get Conditions to use the country field of this widget as a condition?

Put more simply:  If the selected country in the Country Code widget is 'United States' then show a hidden field.
