If there a way not to sign in to download the file uploads in the form?

I have a form that has the file upload button but when I get the file, it makes me sign to jotform, is there a way that I don't have to sign up to see the image?

Yes, you can do this. It is the file privacy which you need to uncheck to allow downloads if you are not logged in.
