Purchase cannot be completed - PayPal

    The PayPal service is not woring. We switched companies this past summer. I'm thinking it could be the account number. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    When the error is about merchant's paypal account, most likely it is due to wrong or invalid paypal account provided.

    Can you please double check if you are providing the correct email account in your paypal payment field in the form?

    Jonathan, this might be a silly question but where do you check for the email account in the paypal payment field in the form?

    Hi,

    In your payment field,  you can open the configuration wizard

     

    Once on the configuration account information, look for the value of paypal account box.

    Ok, we have an alphanumeric code in the account field. We are looking into what the email address should be. 

    We had people leave and they were over this stuff. I will let you know if we have anymore issues.

    We located the correct email address and everything is working correctly.
