Purchase Order: Why have the sub-products disappeared from my form?

    buenas tardes, estoy pagando un montòn por mes, y no solo que tengo muchas quejas porque el formulario anda mal en celulares sino que se me borro todo el contenido de las subcategorias!!!!!! una verguenza el servicio, si tengo un problema mas lo doy de baja, aguardo respuesta

    I have been checking your form and I was unable to replicate any of the issues, for example: 

    - This is what I can see upon checking any of the products on your form:

    May you please provide us more details about the issues? 

    For example, which product has missing sub-products or options? 

    May you please kindly specify which are the issues on mobile?

    todos los subproductos los estoy cargando de nuevo
    desde el primer item: Bolsones Promotodo lo tuve quecargar denuevo hoy porque se había borrado todo
    donde dice: semillas organicasdonde dice: harinas orgánicas 
    todo lo estoy cargando de nuevo

    I have been checking your form and indeed it seems you have added the sub-products and options, I have also checked your form changes history and it seems like the options have been changed:

    I also noticed you have the PDF version of your form, note that modifying the changes made through the PDF editor will also affect the web version. 

    If you experience the issue, please kindly let us know so we can have a look on this.

    realmente tengo un servicio pago, y no corresponde que me hagan perder el tiempo completando todos los subproductos de nuevo.... me lleva muchísimo tiempo porque no es ágil la plataforma. no se responsabilizan... se desentienden..no me ayudan...a parte se genera un problema para mis clientes
    en cuanto encuentre otra planilla online le doy de baja a ésta...

    I can related to your frustration and apologize for the inconveniences caused. 

    Please kindly note that in order to find the root cause of an issue, we need to replicate it on our end, when I checked your form you already created the sub-products and upon checking the revision history it was showing that the payment field was modified.

    I'm escalating this to our second level so our back-end team can have a look on this and find from the logs what may have caused the issue, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    solamente alguno pude volver a cargar, si te fijas bien los últimos no tienen subproductos

    Yes, the last products are empty (without sub-products), I will let our developers know about this too, we will keep you informed here.
