    Hi There,

Is it possible for me to email questions, or are we only able to submit through the form?

Unfortunately, embedded form in the email body will not work properly since most of the email clients do not support scripts and dynamic content. You may email the form link instead, so the user will be able to follow the link and submit the form in their browser.

Understood. Here's an issue that recently came up, are you able to help?

Sheryl Senet on Dana & Jeff's team just showed me what's happening when she gets her JotForm submission email.

When she opens the email and clicks download pdf at the top of the page, she gets someone else's form.  Not the one that shows on the screen and the one the email is in reference too.

She got one from a Huntington Beach agent when she showed me.

I don't know who to contact on JotForm issues

    Hi @agentfinance!

This support forum is for any and all JotForm-related issues and questions, so you've come to the right place :) I apologize for the inconvenience. There was a glitch in our system that caused wrong PDF attachments to be sent. The issue was fixed earlier today. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this problem, or have any other questions.
