Why are my users unable to fill in information section

folks are able to fill out the demo area but can not fill out the information part. Help. 

I checked your form and it seems these questions are written inside a "Text" field rather than individual fields. Please note that your users will not be able to enter information inside a Text field since this is not a fillable field.

Instead of that, I would suggest that you use a combination of short text entry fields and dropdown/single choice fields to split the questions currently mentioned inside the Text field.
