Is it possible to create a send later and send right away at the same time?

A question, please.

In the Settings / Emails section, I see:

“Send Emails Later”  -  Users can receive reminder emails many days after they fill a form.

Can we send an email with one message immediately, and then send another email with a different message at a later date?

Yes, it's possible. You'll just have to create multiple autoresponsder for that. One for the email later and one for the immediate notification.
