After this post by me:
"I seem to be having a similar issue. I have created several forms today and at the moment I seem to be jumping between having all the forms, to some of them, to none of them."
In this thread, I got this reply:
I have cleared your form's cache. Please check if your issues are now resolved.
Please inform us if you have further inquiry. Click on this link to create your own topic too.
This worked momentarily and then whilst working on a form I got a very large error dialog and then the forms disappeared again and reverted to where I was earlier today.

Can you please provide us with the link(s) to affected form(s)? Then, we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.

It happened to the 8 most recently created forms. Do you need all of their specific links? They are all back now so I will continue to work on them and let you know if any disappear again. Thanks for your response.

If that will happen again, yes, please send us the form links. Hopefully, that won't happen again.
