I can't find custom CSS tab anymore, so how to inject custom CSS ?

Could you please share the URL of the form? Please note that if you are using a card form layout (single question per page) then you cannot add the custom CSS codes. You can only add the CSS code in classic layout (all question in a single page). In case, if you are using card form then you can change the layout to Classic to inject the custom codes.
