I cannot get the coupon code to access the sub total

I cant get my coupon (discount) to access to the subtotal. I think I set the coupon up correctly. I have had this problem the last few times I established a coupon.

I checked your form and I was able to figure out why the coupon code is not working.

The Coupon Code code have space character in between. The code cannot be 2 or more words (it cannot have space character).

Try changing the code to one word only.

Please let us know if issue persist even after doing this already.
