How can I remove the warning message when downloading a PDF

I created a PDF form, called Harvest Harmonics Grant Application Short Form.

When I download the form, it adds a message on the top of the form that says:

"In order to submit this form, you should open it in Adobe Acrobat" with a yellow background.

There is no way to remove this line or edit it out in the form builder. I need to print these forms and it looks unprofessional with this line on the printed form.

    Hi OrgEarthTech,

Unfourtantly, that's not something handled by Jotform but is something displayed by the software you're using to view the PDF Document.

If your purpose is to display fields only as a PDF fillable only and do not collect submissions, I would recommend you to instead open the web form in a new tab and print it using the browser's print function.
