    Hi Lillian,

    Please add this to the Inject Custom CSS.

    .form-radio-item{ text-align:right; width:200px; }

    To go to Inject Custom CSS,

    Click Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Styles >Inject Custom CSS

    You can adjust the width and text-align the way you want it.

    I hope this helps you.

    Hi,
    When I put your code in, the spacing is just what I want between the question and the answer options, but since the text is aligned right, the radial buttons are misaligned. Please let me know how to fix this.
    Thanks!

    Can you please explain what sort of spacing you need ? Are you pertaining to the space as shown below?

    Hi,
    Sorry, I ended up changing the form for now because of the spacing problem. Originally, I had the question to the left and immediately to the right of the question were the radial buttons for the answers. This is where I needed help with the spacing. I had previously gotten a fix for the spacing, but the code for it had it aligned "right" which made the spacing okay, but the buttons were misaligned. I just want the form to look uniform, so either I can get help with the spacing (to keep the questions left and the answer options to the right) or I can go with what I have below, but I would like to know how to move the text boxes (under name, email, etc) under the field. Please let me know.
    Thank you so much!

    Hi Lilian,

    To move the text boxes, just simply click and hold and drag them to top. Also, please take a look at this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30564550535957 , does the form accomplish the look that you'd like to have on your form?

    Hi,
    The look is fine, but I would like more space between the question and the buttons for the answers--it looks pretty crowded. As for moving the text boxes, dragging does not work. I do not want to change the order, I'm looking to put the box where they fill in the field underneath the question (ie. under "name", have the box under for them to fill in their name).
    Thanks for your help,
    Lillian
