Hi, I am looking for form integration into my website. It will be a lead capture website similar to Lending-Express.com

I just had some questions. Does this include multi step / multi page forms?

Can I collect a signature in the form?

Can I integrate this with affiliatly.com?

Can there be a progress bar?

Would I be able to integrate this form with Plaid.com

And which plan would I need to be on for these features?

    Hello Ralph,

Thank you for your interest and for reaching Jotform. Please find my answers to your questions below:

    Does this include multistep/multipage forms?

~We have two form formats, the Classic Forms, and the Card Forms.

The classic form is the standard format which adds your form fields into one page, but there is a page break that you can add to have multipage forms.

Guide for multipage form with the classic format: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.

To have a progress bar for this format, you need to add our Progress Bar widget (https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/progress_bar).

Guide to add a widget in the classic form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form).

The card form format is our new format which creates a card page for each field that you add. You cannot have multiple fields in a card in this format unless you'll use our Multi LineQuestion Field which is limited to Textbox, Dropdown, Name, Email, and Phone.

Guide to use the Multi Line Question field: https://www.jotform.com/help/520-Card-Forms-How-to-Utilize-the-Multiline-Question.

The card format has its own progress bar or progress indicator.

Can I collect a signature in the form?

    ~Yes, you can. Guide for e-Signatures: https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form.

Can I integrate this with affiliatly.com?

~Unfortunately, we do not have an integration with Affiliatly (https://www.affiliatly.com/). We can request this to our backend team, but it might take time.

Would I be able to integrate this form with Plaid.com

~Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with Plaid, but we have Stripe ACH which will allow your clients to verify and pay with their bank.

    Guide for Stripe ACH: https://www.jotform.com/help/536-How-to-integrate-Stripe-ACH-to-your-form

And which plan would I need to be on for these features?

~Our features are available for the free plan. We only have a major limit in terms of the submissions that you can store in each month. The file storage, and the number of total lifetime submissions you can storage in your account.

The free plan for example, only allows you to receive up to 100 submissions a month, 10 payment submissions, 100MB of File Storage (for file uploads), and 500 Total Lifetime Submissions storage.

If you need more of the above limits, you have to upgrade the account. Please check our pricing page for the pricing tiers (https://www.jotform.com/pricing/).

To know more about the account usages, kindly check the below guide:

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have a follow up questions.

Unfortunately, we do not have integrations with Plaid and Affiliatly. I will move your original questions for those integrations to the separate threads:
