Partially populated forms

Good evening,

I would like to create a form in Jotform to request information from my customers. Sometimes I already know some of the info in advance. I was therefore hoping to be able to design a form that I could partially populate with the info I know and send on to them to complete the rest. Is it possible?

You may use a Field Prepopulator app to partially populate the form with a special URL.
