My form submissions are not working

Many times when I send the link to my clients to fill out my form,  they are unable to submit or the link does not work.  

Is their an issue with my account?

Are you having this issue with an embedded form, or with a direct form link? Please kindly provide us with a link where we can reproduce the issue. Also, let us know if your clients receive any errors.

The link above does not work all the time.  Many clients inform me that they cannot open this link.

My clients keep telling me the link will not open. It works sporadically. Please fix this issue

The first link http://www.jotformpro.com/PerskinLaw/Custody_Consultation has the next URL value for some reason:

So it looks like there is some redirect being applied which is not working right. This is why the page is not accessible.

But if you access the link directly http://www.jotformpro.com/PerskinLaw/Custody_Consultation it is working properly.

Have you received that link with modified URL value from a client or copied it from somewhere?

I do not understand? What link should I attach

I attached the correct link, but some how , if it goes to junk mail the link is removed. Can this problem be fixed. If not, I will have to find a new service

It seems like the form link is modified by some software on your end.

Could you please provide a bit more details on how you share the links? Do you send the form links in emails? What email software do you use? Do you use an office network or a home network? Some networks have security restrictions, so in theory, the issue might be also related to some proxy/security related software in your or the user's network.

I send out a confirmation email with the link from my case management program. The link is not sent out through my outlook. The program is called avvo ignite. I have been doing this for years. It started to give us issues about 6 months ago.

Your JotForm form links are working properly when I test them from different locations. So the links you get from JotForm are fine.

It looks like that your shared links are being modified by the avvo ignite software, so I would like to suggest contacting their support to find out how to fix this issue.
